My name is Carmen, and I started this family child care program in 2019 with a simple goal—being present for my grandchildren and providing them with a loving, nurturing environment. That passion for caring soon grew into something more, and I began opening my home to other families in the community.
Since then, it’s been a joy and a privilege to watch so many children grow, learn, and thrive here. At We Care Daycare, we truly believe in creating a safe, supportive space where every child feels valued—just like family.

At We Care Daycare, we provide a warm, welcoming environment for a small group of little ones—just like family. Our licensed home-based program serves up to 2 infants and 4 toddlers or preschool-aged children, allowing for lots of individual attention and nurturing care.
We are open Monday through Saturday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and operate year-round to support busy families throughout the seasons. Our childcare is located in Plainfield, and we proudly offer a bilingual environment where children are spoken to in both English and Spanish to support language development and cultural appreciation.
Whether your child is just beginning to explore the world or preparing for preschool, We Care Daycare is a safe, supportive place where every child is encouraged to grow and shine.
